About me
Sheena Parker is a Accessibility Coordinator at Lakeland College, responsible for programs at the Lloydminster Camus, Emergency Training Center in Vermilion, as well as the ASL program in Edmonton. Sheena joined Lakeland College from the pubic school system where she worked for the past 13 years much of which was in the capacity of an Inclusive Learning Teacher; supporting learners, their families, and staff in the development and implementation of individualized learning plans. Sheena is also a proud Lakeland College alumni having attended the University Transfer program and was lucky enough to continue her education degree at Lakeland through the University of Calgary program. Her breadth of experience and knowledge are welcome assets to the Teaching and Learning team and supporting students and faculty through their post-secondary education journey .
